Pistachio Cream

In a food processor, or using an immersion blender or whisk, blend together 200g clotted cream, 200 ml Greek yogurt, and 60 ml (1/4 cup ) pistachio cream. Add 40ml Amaretto and blend again.

Pour into 4 serving bowls, sprinkle with chopped pistachio nuts and chill to set.

Serves 4.
