
Mix together 2 cups flour, 1 tsp baking soda, and ½ tsp salt. Set aside.
Using an immersion blender blitz together 3 large, ripe bananas, 2 eggs and 1/2 cup rapeseed oil till smooth. Add 3/4 cup sugar and blitz again to blend.
Mix into the dry ingredients and fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
Pour into a square pan (lined with parchment paper) and bake for 23-25 minutes at 175c, or till a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool completely before removing from the pan and cutting into squares to serve.
