
Thinly cut into bite-sized pieces 400g exotic fruits such as pineapple, mango, and cantaloupe, and place in a salad bowl. Add 90ml passion fruit pulp and sprinkle in 1 cup pomegranate seeds.
Mix in some thinly sliced mint leaves and 2 heaped tbsp icing sugar. Optional, add a dash of Cointreau.
Sprinkle with chopped pistachio nuts before serving in small bowls.
