
In a food processor add 200g soft goat’s cheese, 200g cream cheese, 100g crème fraîche and the zest of 1 lemon. Whizz till well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve as an appetiser on crostinis, garnished with tapenade, cherry tomatoes or herbs. Or simply serve as a dip alongside crudités.
Can also be served alongside roasted carrots.
