
Dice up some slices of day-old sourdough bread (crusts removed). Place in a large bowl and toss with some olive oil (2-3 tbsp per half loaf), 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp dried oregano, ½ tsp salt and ¼ tsp pepper.
Spread out in one layer onto a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 190c for around 15 minutes until golden (flipping over halfway through).
