
Take 2 garlic cloves, bash with the side of a knife, peel and place in a small jar. Add a cup of honey and stir to combine. Leave to infuse for a couple hours (or longer). Remove the garlic after the infusion and the honey will keep for quite a while.
Fry some halloumi slices till golden, and then drizzle with the garlic-infused honey and olive oil. Sprinkle with toasted nigella seeds.
