Blue Cheese Dip

In a food processor place 1 garlic clove, peeled, and whiz till finely minced. 

Add 75g cream cheese, 45ml/3 tbsp sour cream, and 110g gorgonzola piccante (crumbled). Whiz till smooth.

Add 1tbsp cider vinegar and whiz one more time. (taste and adjust).

Transfer to a bowl and stir in some chopped chives.

Serve with crudités and baked chicken wings
