
In a round baking dish place 2-3 large cooking apples (peeled, cored and sliced thickly) with 250g blackberries. Sprinkle over 3tbs sugar and 1tbs flour and toss to combine.
In a food processor place 180g flour, 90g sugar, 90g butter, a pinch of salt and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Pulse until the ingredients start to clump up. Distribute the clumps/topping to cover.
Place in an oven at 190c till bubbling (around 20 minutes).
