
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 35ml Armagnac (infused with prunes)*, 15ml dark rum, and 45ml freshly pressed clementine juice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
*If you can get a hold of some in which prunes from Agen have been preserved, that would be ideal. If not you can warm up the Armagnac slightly in the microwave and leave a couple of prunes to infuse for around 10 minutes.
