Avocado Dip

A nice alternative to the traditional guacamole, which has the advantage of being able to keep (without going brown) for a few days in the refrigerator.

In a food processor, place the flesh of two medium-sized avocados along with the juice of 1-2 limes, a good pinch of sea salt, the same of smoked chilli pepper flakes, and 2 heaping tbsp Greek yoghurt. Pulse until quite smooth. Taste and adjust the seasoning before transferring to a serving dish.
