
Peel and destone 2 ripe nectarines and puree till smooth. In a pitcher mix together the nectarine puree along with 80ml vodka (Bison Grass is ideal), 25ml Cointreau, 25ml peach syrup and a good squeeze of lemon juice. Add ice and stir till well chilled. Taste and top with soda water to desired sweetness. Pour into tumblers filled with more ice.
