Keeping it simple at the airport – here’s a nice and simple cocktail to order at the airport bar (or to DIY in the lounge).

In a tumbler filled with ice, pour 30ml Canadian whiskey, 15ml Grand Marnier, and 5ml lemon juice. Stir well and serve with a twist of orange, failing that a wedge of lemon or lime.
