
This is a simple salad to assemble. In a wide salad bowl place 1 head of romaine lettuce, the leaves separated out and sliced if large, 6 purple or red radishes, scrubbed, topped, tailed and then quartered, 6 labneh cheese balls* or substitute with some cubed feta cheese. Drizzle on some olive oil and lemon juice and finally season with fresh or dried thyme, sea salt and pepper.
* These are made from strained yogurt which has been formed into balls and then marinated in olive oil. You can normally find them in Lebanese delis.
