Tuna Burger

Cut a 300g tuna steak into large chunks and place in a small bowl. Stir in 2tbs (30ml) soy sauce and a sprinkling of chilli flakes. Let marinate 30 minutes

Drain, and then finely chop the tuna. Wet your hands and form the tuna into two balls and then flatten a bit into patties. Heat a small pan with a little oil till nice and hot and fry the tuna burgers for about 2-3 minutes on each side (depending on how rare you like your burger), seasoning them with sea salt and pepper while still in the pan. You can of course also barbecue the burgers.

Serve on 2 grilled buns garnished with salad leaves and a slice of tomato (and or ketchup)

Serves 2.
